  • What is hypnotherapy?

  • How long do sessions last and how many will I need?

    Each session will last about 60 minutes. The number of sessions needed will be subjective to the individual and their specific needs. During the initial consultation, we will discuss how many sessions are recommended.

  • Can everyone be hypnotised?

    Hypnosis is a trance state, a state we all go into many times during the day. It is when the subconscious and conscious mind come together in focus. It is a unique state as we are deeply relaxed but also highly focused, this is the perfect state for neuroplasticity to occur and change to happen. Therefore, yes. It is important to note, that a client cannot be hypnotised against their will. A client must be willing and engaged with the process in order for in order to see results.
